This cold is for real. It was a lovely day for a stroll though. Christmas and Secret Santa shopping in the morning, grocery shopping in the afternoon and meal preparation in the evening. Now we can have a rest! Blanket, sofa, here we go!
What a nice Saturday meal at The Left Bank! Vegan and vegetarian options and a nice staff
I had to. Impossible not to come back with more time to look for treasures. That’s what happens when you find something unexpectedly, specially something like this, a place to get lost in it, you need to dedicate the time that it deserves.
Beside the library there’s a nice little music shop. You might miss it out if you are in a rush, because it is so discrete that looks like any other door of the area. It always amazes me the price you can buy culture in The UK. No matter if you are purchasing brand new stuff or second hand ones, it is way much cheeper than in Spain and there’s far much more variety. I’m looking forward to go back there with more time, we had to meet a friend at 14:00 and were running out of time to wander
Located in Hyndland, The Bakery is what there’s left from the old Delizique. I don’t understand why they don’t have the delicious home made custard tarts anymore, but so far so good. The decoration is very 60’s and food is nice as expected. A gentle sweet stop for a morning stroll
Beside the Tchai Ovna tea house, there is a peculiar book shop where you can spend hours and find very interesting books for a more than interesting reasonable prices.
Kelvingrove park in a sunny day: runners, dogs and in lovers.
